-Develop strong client, consultant and collaborator relationships; -Coordinate with consultants, team members and the client; -Provide mentorship and guidance to project team; -Successfully execute projects by following Page’s and Owner’s protocols and procedures in order to reach the best solution; -Forecast and organize project team for design, development, production and project document delivery; -Collaborate on project fee development and project proposals;

What You Bring

-Detail oriented and organized with proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously; -Understand budget, code and jurisdictional requirements; -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; -Analytical thinker with strong problemsolving skills; -Available for occasional travel within the US. -Successful at leading and organizing a team of multiple disciplines and consultants; -Excellent writing skills; -Experience with all multiple project sizes, with concentration in large projects valued at $30MM plus; -Proven effectiveness coordinating with contractors, architectural teams, and consultants; -Confident with public speaking and networking; -Skilled in architecture and detailing skills as well as proficient in construction administrative processes;
