Tasks

-Coordinate layouts for advanced electrical rooms and complex systems. -Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and ComCheck lighting compliance. -Support onboarding and contribute to a culture of technical excellence. -Review shop drawings and provide redlines and mentorship to junior engineers. -Attend client-facing meetings and lead documentation efforts. -Apply NEC, NFPA, and energy codes with fluency. -Lead the design of electrical systems using company standards and project-specific logic.

What You Bring

-Ability to mentor and review junior staff. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. -Expertise in lighting, power, and systems design packages. -Familiarity with EIT or PE certifications (preferred). -Strong communication and coordination skills. -4+ years of electrical design experience across building types. -Culture of belonging and longevity — average tenure over 12 years. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
