Overview

Provide administrative support to the health and safety team on the North East Link project.

-Managing systems and processes to enable timely and accurate administrative recording, reporting and analysis of information -Ensuring that the required materials are delivered to the worksite by liaising with suppliers and clients. -General administrative tasks for broader health and safety team members. -Preparing and issuing site instructions -Performing administrative tasks including data entry, budgeting and forecasting for the project, paperwork
