Tasks

-Participate in a wellness program promoting balanced lifestyles -Represent Olsson externally—Engage at conferences, industry forums, and community events to elevate our brand and thought leadership. -Track progress and adjust—Monitor short-term milestones (6–12 months), identify gaps, and recommend adjustments to keep long-term goals on track. -Co-develop market strategy—Collaborate with the Market Leader to shape long-term goals for the Energy sector and translate them into actionable plans. -Lead execution with Senior Team Leaders—Align teams around strategic priorities, communicate resource needs, and ensure consistent delivery across disciplines. -Mentor and grow talent—Attract, develop, and retain top-tier professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of energy. -Drive team performance—Foster a culture of collaboration, develop emerging leaders, and ensure technical excellence across every project. -Champion innovation and best practices—Advance integrated services, promote technical excellence, and share insights across teams. -Strengthen client relationships—Serve as a key point of contact for partners, utilities, cooperatives, municipalities, and EPCs.

What You Bring

-Ability to contribute and work well with a team. -Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. -12+ years in consulting and 5+ years in leadership/management -Proven success in building and growing teams, winning key projects, and developing future leaders -Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills -Willingness to travel and represent Olsson professionally in high-visibility settings -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, sciences, construction, planning, landscape architecture, or related field (associate degree with equivalent experience considered)
