Tasks

-Support ongoing process improvement and best-practice sharing across the global procurement network. -Develop and execute sourcing strategies that align with the company goals and deliver measurable value. -Guide and develop a team of strategic sourcing professionals to build capability and drive results. -Lead supplier negotiations, strategic sourcing, and category management to drive cost, quality, and delivery improvements. -Manage supplier relationships, ensuring performance, compliance, and long-term collaboration. -Collaborate across business functions to align procurement strategy with organizational priorities. -Oversee cost-reduction initiatives and risk mitigation plans to ensure commercial resilience.

What You Bring
