Coordinate image post-production, manage assets, edit photos and video footage.

Tasks

-Ensure full compliance with F+P procedures, standards and workflows. -Edit and grade film footage into short movies as required. -Champion and integrate equity, diversity & inclusion (EDI) across relevant workstreams. -Support the Image Librarian in sourcing project images and ensuring correct metadata and organisation. -Digitally process and retouch photographs from the photography team. -Assist in maintaining the image library project database. -Upload, tag, rank and caption all digital assets accurately. -Contribute to wider team tasks and provide support where needed.

We’re looking for a talented and organised Image Post-Production Coordinator to support our busy photography department. Reporting to the Photographer and ultimately the Head of Photography, you’ll play a key role in elevating our visual output across stills and film. -Proven ability to undertake the responsibilities listed. -Self-motivated and proactive, with strong initiative. -Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. -Legally eligible to work in the country of employment. -Strong IT and software skills, including Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere, After Effects and Bridge. -Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
