Overview

Perform property & facility condition assessments and report findings for real‑estate decisions.

Tasks

-Works typically on small to medium sized projects. -Mid-level Facilities professional responsible for managing and executing routine and sometimes more complex projects. -Autonomy + Collaboration — Lead independent assessments or work alongside environmental and specialty experts. -Drafts reports and other client deliverables under the direction of more senior consultants. -Plans, schedules, conducts and/or coordinates assessments. -Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects. -Follow safety rules, guidelines and standards for all projects. Participate in pre-task planning. Report any safety issues or concerns to management. -Performs or oversees contract administration for small-to-large projects. -Makes recommendations, adaptations and modifications for review and consideration by senior consultants. -Participates on projects of greater complexity within more detailed portfolios.

What You Bring

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel. Ability to learn proprietary software applications such as Quire and Paragon. -Bachelor’s degree in building science or related building field and up to 6 years’ experience in performing PCAs and/or FCAs. Or, in lieu of a degree, 4-9 years’ related experience. -Able to work remotely from home as well as while traveling. -Experience using tablets and other portable electronic devices. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history. -Professional registrations (RA, PE) and other related industry certifications (RRO, CxP, LEED AP) are desired, but not required
