Tasks

-To assist to implement policies, procedures and standards for price, costs and gross margins. -To financially manage (cash) projects and assist the with the production of cashflows for the project. -Provide support to the Procurement Lead, Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS), and/or Commercial Leads in the commercial management and procurement of subcontract packages. -Assist the procurement team in producing package procurement documents as required, contributing to a streamlined and effective procurement process.

What You Bring

-Understanding of contract and business compliance in payment processes. -Ideally you will have experience from a similar role within the construction industry. -Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software tools.
