Tasks

-Provide administrative support to the Dallas Office including office supply orders, internal/external meeting coordination, and guest services -Collaborate with Marketing Department to assist with tasks including event planning & coordination, create invitations and other promotional materials -Prepare proposal packages using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office -Participate in weekly preconstruction and pursuit strategy meetings -Coordinate and attend events including local marketing/community events, tradeshows, subcontractor and vendor conventions -Distribute subcontractor solicitation for pricing through Building Connected. -Organize & coordinate incoming Requests-for-Proposals (RFP) and Request-for-Qualifications (RFQ) for estimating team.

What You Bring

-Associates Degree or higher -Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Canva -Willingness to learn new design software for various projects -Minimum one (2) year of experience in a corporate work environment -Detail Oriented, organized and able to multi-task -Construction industry experience is a plus -Ability to travel to corporate events and other Company offices -Excellent communication skills and writing abilities -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
