-Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus. -Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and drive consensus. -Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. -Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving work environment. -Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety requirements. -Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. -Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and structural analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus). -Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes related to chassis frames. -Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
