Overview

Process and code invoices, resolve variances, ensure timely payments.

Tasks

-Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy including department and location coding. -Collaborate with procurement and warehouses to resolve automated three-way match variances. -Create invoices in Medius either from PO’s (Order Based) or expensed and check GL, Dimension coding prior to posting. -Correspond with outside vendors and review their statements to ensure timely payments and no past due invoices.
