Tasks

Troubleshoot administrative problems and implement solutions to improve office efficiency. Help in the recruiting and interview process for open positions as needed. Provide guidance for progressive discipline. Partner with HR for any Associate terminations. Maintain employee records according to regulations and requirements. Coordinate and conduct onboarding of new Associates. Manage time and attendance of reporting Associates. Address issues or concerns raised by warehouse staff or management. Assist with financial tasks such as invoice processing, expense tracking, and budget management, and coordinate with Accounting/Finance departments as necessary. Aid in implementing safety protocols and compliance with workplace regulations, including maintaining safety documentation and coordinating safety training for staff. Generate reports, compile data, and prepare documents or presentations for warehouse management to support decision-making and performance evaluation. Provide administrative support to the site as needed.

Proficient with MS Office programs, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Prior experience as a leader or manager in an administrative role. High School Diploma or equivalent education. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ideally fluent in both English and Spanish.
