Tasks
-Influence strategy using data-driven insights and cross-functional teamwork -Lead national accounts with a top-tier brand and strong market presence -Be a positive, can-do force on the NZ Business Leadership Team and help build a strong and cohesive commercial leadership team at all times -Ensure delivery of sales budget and key financial measures - value, volume, profit, share growth and supply chain metrics -Foster and grow the Selleys-Mitre 10 business relationship to drive strategic advantage across retail teams, all Selleys departments, store operations and broader support centre functions -Lead our approach to key account planning, category reviews, sales cycle planning and share with other national account teams

Selleys New Zealand is seeking a proactive National Account Manager to drive growth and innovation with the Mitre 10 Group. This role provides leadership, strategic direction and ongoing coaching to build an engaged, committed and accountable internal team whilst building strong, productive and sustainable business relationships within Mitre 10. -Enjoy direct client partnerships and visible impact in a dynamic, growing sector -Account management experience within hardware or FMCG. Mitre 10 or Foodstuffs experience is a bonus -Knowledgeable in strategic category management, aligning customer needs with business goals for mutual growth -Strong data evaluation skills, with the ability to interpret key metrics and link customer commercial drivers to business strategies -Skilled in influencing, negotiating, and presenting, with exceptional written and verbal communication
