What You Bring

-Pre-employment medical fit-for-duty test; hold/obtain DOT medical card -All worksite safety instructions are written and spoken in English; must be fluent in English -Pass pre-employment, random, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug screens -Proficient in basic computer application technology -Prior experience in sign manufacturing -Satisfactory results of pre-employment background check results -3+ years of experience in traffic control -ATSSA Traffic Control Certificate is preferred -Ability to work effectively in a team oriented environment -Ability to perform physically demanding tasks involving prolonged and repeated lifting (including overhead, up to 50 lbs.), standing, kneeling, reaching, crouching, and crawling -Working safely requires quick/accurate hand-eye coordination and the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner -Work includes prolonged and repeated: lifting (including overhead, up to 50lbs); standing; climbing; kneeling; reaching and feeling; crouching and crawling -High School diploma or equivalent -Willingness to provide hands on support -Strong communication skills -Valid Driver's License -High Attention to detail, quality, and accuracy -Valid driver’s license with clean driving record is preferred
