The Role

Overview

Provide admin and operational support to the Tenant Advisory team.

Tasks

-Supporting internal and external events, client meetings, and inspections -Providing day-to-day administrative and marketing support to the Tenant Advisory team -Maintaining and updating databases, records, and Salesforce entries -Assisting with financial reporting, expense claims, and forecasting reports -Assisting with document formatting, proposals, and presentations -Coordinating state and national team meetings, taking and distributing minutes -Liaising with interstate team coordinators and the wider business. -Managing team IT requests, filing systems, and process improvements

What You Bring

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities -Experience in an administrative or team support role (property experience highly regarded) -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems (desirable)
