Tasks

-First point of contact for HR advice on Employment legislation, HR system operations, HR policies and processes, Employee Well-being program, etc. -Provide support to the management team and implement HR programs from the organizational strategy. -Implement HR activities such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, performance management and other employee relations matters. -Support capability development initiatives, including training. -Assist with negotiating enterprise agreements with the management teams. -Work closely with and support the HR Manager on HR initiatives across all Australian businesses, mainly in Melbourne office. -Maintain HRIS (Success Factors) with new hires and employee data changes

What You Bring

-Strong ownership culture with the ability to work independently. -Experience with EBA establishment and execution is preferred. -3+ years' experience in a HR generalist role gained from a sizable company, ideally Engineering or similar. -Strong MS Office skills are mandatory, further knowledge of HRIS such as Success Factors will be of advantage. -Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (HR, industrial relations, business management, law). -Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation such as Modern Awards and the Fair Work Act. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. -Willingness to optimise processes and strive for continuous improvement.
