Tasks

-Plans and develops moderately complex architectural projects impacting major company programs, exploring scope and novel methods. -Maintains licensure and professional registration; stays updated on building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other ordinances. -Reviews junior staff work for accuracy, provides guidance, and performs quality control reviews, inspections, and field observations. -Supports projects from concept to completion, coordinating with project management, architects, and leadership on technical solutions. -Ensures contract performance by planning and monitoring work orders with engineering, construction, and other disciplines. -Defines project elements and processes, coordinates estimates, and manages bid preparations to meet client needs.

What You Bring

-Have a degree in architecture from an NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience. -Possess an active license in good standing and demonstrate knowledge of state and local building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, and other relevant ordinances. -Possess strong oral and written communication skills and can effectively interact with and build strong relationships with clients, customers, contractors, team members, and other key stakeholders. -Have 10-years' experience, including working on parts of major projects or multiple, moderate-sized projects, providing technical guidance to entry/junior-level staff, reviewing others' work for technical accuracy, and participating in the design and implementation of new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans that had great impact on the achievement of functional results. -Be a US person per client requirement. -Be proficient in production software and construction document production. -Have proven ability successfully address challenging issues in a sound professional and business-like manner. -Have a passion for formulating and solving problems with timely and innovative solutions.
