Tasks

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, you’ll be the crucial link between customers, technicians, and departments – Coordinating and prioritising workflows, managing scheduling of technicians, directing technical queries, and ensuring work orders are delivered on time, to standard, and with excellence. -Providing clear, accurate and timely information for machine and equipment repairs utilising - cat interact and power point -Scheduling work in progress to meet deadlines -Liaising with customers throughout their project(s) -Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions -Managing Work in Progress to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget

You will draw on your deep knowledge built from a mechanical background, sharpened through hands-on experience in planning, scheduling, and data management. You take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and your unmatched organisational skills ensure nothing is missed. You’re not just coordinating — you’re driving performance, quality, efficiency, and setting the standard for service excellence. -Ability to develop and maintain long term internal and external relationships -Quotations following inspection work. -Operational experience within the heavy mechanical industry -Excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks simultaneously
