Tasks

Grow sales & market penetration of Frontier’s Small Business products within the base fiber and expand fiber markets within the assigned region. Develop and execute sales channel strategies to achieve sales targets. This position will direct segmented marketing for the Small Business channel while being collaborative with the marketing team, sales operations, sales enablement & channel leadership. Responsible for local engagement activities within the assigned market, including Small Business sales and relationship-building activities. Leader of field sales channels & community relationships with real-estate developers, owners of multi-tenant units and commercial leasing agents etc. Involvement & participation with Business-to-Business organizations to expand SMB networking opportunities. -Expand and develop B2B Community and Real-Estate relationships for optimal small business sales opportunities -Manage and grow Master Agent programs -Guide regional Small Business sales channel support or assigned roles on Channel Execution objectives and plans -Manage Integration, Fulfillment and Commission support for channel sales, order processes, third-party vendors and fulfillment partners -Manage and leverage organizational support to fulfill Small Business sales channel support and sales needs -Direct all projects within timelines (inception to completion) -Daily order research and correction to assist in sale efficiency and through-put; mitigate order fall-out -Manage and grow D2D Vendors/Agents -Manage & distribute small business marketing sales leads -Develop and execute Small Business sales channel strategies to increase sales and market penetration -Ensure vendor participation in all products & offer training curriculum and knowledge checks

What You Bring

-Excellent communication skills - strong written and verbal communication skills -Bachelor of Science degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred -Previous experience leading a diverse team of individuals and creating an environment that encourages creativity and excitement while producing consistently strong sales results -Ability to perform as a strategic thinker as well as a tactical performer -Ability to travel as needed…travel required (25%+) for vendor recruiting, training, relationship development, Trade Shows & Events and driving sales. -Proficiency in MS Excel, specifically, in-depth knowledge of pivot table functions -Must have success in leading sales teams towards common goals that result in sales & revenue generation -Extensive agent sales experience (minimum of 10 years) with at least 5 years in a management role in the telecommunications industry or a high-tech industry preferred -Experience in Local Engagement and Community Networking -Proven track record of driving sales teams and vendor success
