The Role
Overview
Sell ANDRITZ pulp service products, manage customer relations in AL, GA, MS, KY, TN.

Tasks
-Participate in Digester Seminars, BLRBAC, and other industry conferences. -Develop strategic plans for increasing sales in accounts in the territory. -Follow-up on existing quotes by gathering intelligence on ANDRITZ offerings such as technical preferences, competition, pricing, and decision timing. Enter and manage this information in the web-based CRM tool. -Accountable for territory sales forecasts, budgets, and cost controls. -Maintain active communications with product group personnel regarding all opportunities. -Participate and support final negotiations to obtain orders. -Continuously develop and maintain contacts in Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations. -Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring all issues are identified and resolved. -Identify existing sales opportunities and generate new opportunities during each visit. -Visit customers in Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Kentucky on a regular cycle. -Responsible for selling products for Pulp Service Business in the following process areas: Wood Yard, Cooking, Lime Kiln, Recausticizing, Evaporators, Power and Recovery Boiler Areas, and Automation. -Coordinate, schedule, and participate in presentations for specific project opportunities as well as for general technology updates. -Document and communicate mill visits in writing through Customer Interaction Center in timely manner.

What You Bring
We are open to candidates located in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Kentucky, and Tennessee. -Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask. -Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English. -Experience in the pulp & paper industry preferred. -Fluent in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. -Proven success in sales and/or service. -B.S. degree in Engineering (CHE or ME preferred), or equivalent experience.
