Overview

Oversee multiple affordable/lease‑up properties, lead teams, manage budgets and performance.

Tasks

-Ensure your staff is proficient in understanding complex financial statements and budgets -Responding to issues outside of normal work schedule when required -Following and enforcing all company policies and procedures -Track progress and report results on a regular basis -Ensure your team works to execute the strategy of the Owner(s) -Oversee the successful execution of Elmington's community performance non-negotiables by your team -Positively represent Elmington with owners, vendors and the community at large -Purchasing items for business needs up to $1000 and submitting for reimbursement -Preparing, locating and compiling information and documents -Frequently sit, stand and walk.

What You Bring

-Have a clear understanding of complex financial statements and budget statements -Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary. -Regularly required to talk or hear. -Driving a motor vehicle and frequently traveling between properties in your portfolio -Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. -Minimum 5 years in Property Management leadership -Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls. -Travel up to 50-75% of the time to properties located in Tallahassee, FL and Orlando, FL. -Operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing and company utilized software -Think creatively and go way beyond the box by conceptualizing new ideas to improve the business -Professional verbal and written communication -Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently. -Presenting a professional image and effectively representing the company -Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus. -Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members, leadership, and residents. -Bachelor's Degree Preferred -Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
