Tasks

-Complete assigned tasks within allotted timeframe. -Promote an atmosphere of cooperation, teamwork and goodwill with fellow employees. -Achieve new, add and renewal annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements. -Sales and marketing of the Idealease Sales Department. -Be Responsive to all customer needs and requests. -Maintain and review Customer Evaluations on a periodic basis to ensure good customer relations. -Interact with customers professionally and courteously at all times. -Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required. -Use all Idealease sales tools including the Idealease Rating System, and all other sales tools offered on the Idealease Resource Center or Idealease Barrington. -Develop and use a systematic approach to the Rental/Lease/Dedicated Maintenance Sales, utilizing sales tools along with customer development calls. -Follow company procedures regarding all credit policies and assist on collection efforts. -Acquisition of New and Add contract business. -Maintain current new unit delivery report and update for all forecasting purposes. -Maintain a Lead/Prospect/Customer database. -Develop and maintain customer relationships. -Communicate and cooperate with all departments. -Daily interaction with all Idealease departments to ensure Rental/Lease customers are maintained to -Eagerly participate in company sponsored training events. -Assist the management team in preparing an Annual Business Plan. -Handle all employee and customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. -Develop and maintain relationships with large volume rental customers. -Develop and implement a rental sales and marketing plan. -Maintain a customer/prospect sales database. -Develop and use a systematic approach to rental sales calls utilizing telemarketing, mailers and personal customer visits. -Establish Idealease rates for various equipment types through market analysis. -Provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management on new prospects and existing proposals -Develop and implement a Rental/Lease/Dedicated Maintenance Sales and Prospecting Plan.
