Tasks

-Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of growth and innovation. -Collaborate with regional and practice leaders to achieve strategic goals. -Lead client accounts and drive business development efforts. -Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. -Apply deep knowledge of electrical engineering to complex, multidisciplinary projects. -Ensure technical excellence through quality assurance and control of design documentation. -Lead and inspire a team of electrical engineers, aligning talent with project needs. -Research and specify electrical systems, components, and materials. -Oversee electrical design from concept through construction and post-occupancy.

What You Bring

-Licensed Professional Engineer (PE). -Experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM tools. -8+ years of experience in electrical design and project leadership. -Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships. -Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering (electrical emphasis) or a degree with experience in electrical design. -Own team performance metrics including financials, utilization, and delivery. -Business development experience is a plus.
