Part-time admin support for CFO, handling docs, schedules, expenses in construction firm.

Tasks

-Assist with document management, including filing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical records. -Help coordinate schedules, calendar invitations, and meetings. -Support project coordination by assisting with logs, submittals, and compliance documentation. -Collaborate with team members to support ongoing company initiatives and administrative needs. -Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and meeting materials. -Track and compile expense reports and assist with basic financial recordkeeping. -Provide administrative support to the project and operations teams. -Perform general office duties such as scanning, copying, ordering supplies, and maintaining the organization of workspaces.

What You Bring

-Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). -Current college student or recent graduate (preferred fields: Business Administration, Construction Management, Communications, or related area). -Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. -Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. -Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits
