Tasks

-Apply analytical and research skills to complex technical issues; assessing business circumstances in the context of accounting standards and regulations. -Drive accountability and risk assessment through scenario planning and operational analysis. -Gain exposure to audit, controls, and the regulatory environment. -Synthesize market research into actionable insights. -Consolidate company-wide financials into a unified forecast and operating model. -Apply advanced modeling and analysis across multiple dimensions of the business. -Partner directly with business leaders to create, monitor, and analyze business plans. -Develop an understanding of the processes involved in assessing market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and financial modeling for strategic decision making. -Engage in corporate-level planning: workforce strategy, benefits, legal, and shared services. -Pressure test your communication skills by conveying insights so that they are understood throughout the organization. -Support corporate strategy initiatives through pricing development, negotiation, cross-departmental cooperation, and long-term planning.

What You Bring

-Academic background or work experience related to Finance -B.A. or B.S. (or higher-level degree) preferably in a business- or finance-related field from a competitive school with strong academic performance -Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple data sources, and synthesize information for executive decision-making -Leadership and business acumen -Hone your understanding of U.S. GAAP, external reporting, and accounting close processes through assessment of business developments. -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment -Strong analytical and reporting skills, with exceptional attention to detail -Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools -Highly motivated, resourceful, self-starter with ability to deliver results
