Tasks

-Develop the annual marketing plan and budget that will meet company lead goals. -Create and provide creative direction regarding the company's marketing materials (campaigns, social media, written materials, videos, graphics, etc.). -Oversee the content calendar for social channels, websites, etc. -Manage employees' performance and conducts performance reviews.

What You Bring

-The ability to operate personal computer and programs; design software experience is a plus. -You're comfortable running trade shows and events. -You have a background with Meta, Google Ads and other Paid Media platforms. -Knowledge of online and offline marketing principles and practices. -An Associates or Bachelor's degree in Marketing OR a combination of education and experience to showcase a track record in the field. -Having experience in the home improvement industry is a plus. -Skills in software programs such as Canva, Adobe Suite, Zapier and Salesforce.
