-Skilled at identifying and addressing issues to reach the best resolution; -Understanding construction processes and methods and how it impacts the project; -Knowledge of sustainability, quality control, and building codes; -Experience in organizing project design development and production delivery; -Degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited university; -Proficiency with REVIT; -Strong detailing skills and proficiency in construction administrative processes; -Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple tasks, and adjust to meet fast deadlines; -15+ years’ overall experience with experience in data centers and large scale, multi-disciplinary design; -Occasional travel within the US. -Registered Architect; -Ability to obtain security clearance. -Successful at leading, organizing and collaborating with a team of disciplines and consultants;
