Collect outstanding receivables, manage disputes, and support financial performance.

Tasks
-Document all customer interactions and prepare supporting documentation -Resolve disputes through contract review, negotiation, or escalation as needed -Integrity and Trust: Foster honest, ethical relationships. -Review unapplied payments and assist with unclaimed property resolution -Collaborate closely with internal departments to achieve goals -Create Value for the Customer: Deliver innovative, reliable solutions. -Support and train new team members as needed -Manage outbound calls and written follow-ups to reduce A/R for assigned districts -Lead monthly calls with district teams to review top accounts and financial impact -Track and file liens; manage legal and collection files as required -Meet or exceed collection and financial performance targets -Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards for all.

What You Bring
-Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel -Bachelor’s degree preferred -Customer service experience required -Account management preferred -Supervisory or team management preferred -Strong analytical, time management & organizational skills -2–4 years in customer service, accounting, or credit & collections -Self-motivated with strong follow-up and closure abilities -Collections/Accounting experience required -OR Associate’s degree with 1–2 years related experience -SAP experience preferred
