Tasks
This is a broad position covering both commercial and potentially some project management responsibilities, suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership from pricing through to completion. You’ll manage projects end to end — pricing, procuring, and delivering with the support of site teams. -Undertake both estimating and surveying duties as required. -Coordinate with the company’s in-house electrical team. -Manage subcontractors, materials, and client communication. -Price and manage multiple small works and electrical projects (£50k–£5m). -Oversee procurement, delivery, to final account.

What You Bring
-Comfortable managing several small projects concurrently. -Knowledge of electrical packages advantageous. -A mix of estimating, commercial, and project delivery experience. -Experience within high end / prime residential construction in the UK market is essential.
