Tasks

-Provide concierge services -Address resident and guest concerns and questions -Represent Action Property Management and the association by greeting residents, guests, and other visitors at the Front Desk in a welcoming and professional manner. -Monitor lobby activity and maintain access control -Maintain the appearance of the Front Desk area, Lobby, and main elevators -Answer and direct incoming phone calls -Complete Daily Activity Report -Receive and distribute resident parcels

What You Bring

-Strong judgement and solutions oriented -At least 6 months of customer service experience. Hospitality, luxury retail or fine dining experience is highly desired. -On-going hospitality and property management training. -Demonstrate strong understanding of the association's governing documents -Must be at least 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening. -Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
