Tasks

-Help document standard work, work instructions, and visual management tools -Assist in root cause analysis, 5S audits, and daily tier meetings -Support kaizen events through data collection, time studies, layout prep, and post-event sustainment -Participate in lean training and mentorship from senior CI leaders -Capture baseline metrics, analyze waste, and support implementation of improvements

-Demonstrated career ambition with a track record of growth and increasing responsibility; highly promotable with the potential to take on broader leadership roles within a fast-paced, high-growth organization -Up to 3 years of experience or internship in manufacturing or industrial environment -Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills -Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain or equivalent OR technical associate’s degree with practical experience -Familiarity with lean tools (standard work, 5S, PDCA, takt time) through coursework or project experience
