Tasks

-High visibility & impact – work closely with senior leadership and play a key role in driving initiatives -Track and follow up on action items and projects to ensure initiatives move forward -Keep a senior Sales leader’s calendar aligned and priorities organized -Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries -Prepare materials, decks, and logistics for internal and external meetings -Act as the hub of communication between the leader, internal teams, and external partners -Handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion -Flexibly support the leader in the office or on occasional site visits

What You Bring

-3+ years supporting a senior leader (experience in sales or operations environments is a plus) -High level of discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism -Comfort with tools like Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and other productivity platforms -Ability and willingness to travel as needed for primarily day trips on the East Coast -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Ability to pivot quickly, juggle shifting priorities, and stay calm under pressure -Self-motivated and able to thrive with autonomy and flexible work arrangements -Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
