Tasks

Drive lettings activity and consistently exceed targets, working closely with a small, passionate team. Host viewings and follow up with potential residents to convert interest into successful move-ins. Coordinate onboarding through an external admin team, ensuring every new resident has a smooth start. You'll be part connector, part problem-solver, and part storyteller - helping to grow a community of like-minded, socially conscious individuals while shaping spaces that truly inspire. Manage inbound enquiries with warmth and personality, ensuring every potential Guardian feels welcome and informed. Maintain an organised and up-to-date lettings pipeline via HubSpot. As Lettings Manager, you'll be the driving force behind lettings success - generating leads, hosting engaging viewings, and creating smooth, positive experiences for new residents (known as Guardians).
