Tasks

This is a busy and varied role working with a great team. You'll cover trade counter sales duties, processing orders and arranging deliveries. You'll interact with customers and suppliers on a daily basis and ensure that the best service is always demonstrated to them. -Process customer orders at the trade counter and sales office, arrange deliveries and update customers on their orders -Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers -Check incoming deliveries and report missing or damaged products and carry out regular stock counts -Help to prepare customer orders in our warehouse in a timely manner -Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and your team safe at work -Get to know our product lines so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions
