Description

• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of hardscape work, addressing issues as they arise
• Engage with community stakeholders and local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations and to facilitate project approvals
• Lead the hardscape design process, ensuring that all projects are innovative, sustainable, and meet quality and safety standards
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively while identifying and mitigating potential risks
• Collaborate effectively with landscape architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to create cohesive and functional outdoor spaces
• Manage the full lifecycle of hardscape projects, including feasibility studies, design reviews, and construction oversight
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on project status, challenges, and strategic initiatives
• Stay abreast of industry trends in hardscape materials, techniques, and design practices to incorporate innovative solutions into projects
• Develop and implement comprehensive hardscape design strategies that align with Qiddiya's master plan and project objectives
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and material selections for hardscape components to ensure adherence to project requirements

Requirements

• Proficiency in design and project management software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and others
• Knowledge of local construction regulations and environmental considerations is a plus
• Comprehensive knowledge of hardscape materials, construction methods, and current design practices
• Exceptional project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful hardscape projects that showcase creativity and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing and developing diverse teams
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts to varied audiences
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in hardscape design and project management, preferably in large-scale developments
