Tasks
-Create templates for future use -Front of house duties including, meet & greet of clients, visitors, providing refreshments etc. -Manage the flow of documentation within the organisation -Administer site staff training records & training course management, booking, travel arrangements etc -Creation, editing and formatting of MS office-based documentation -Organise efficient administration and filing systems as appropriate. -Facilitate the meeting rooms and provide meeting attendees with refreshments when / if required. -Administration of site procurement of consumables and offtakes including reconciliation of delivery notes and invoices, and liaising with other Vital Energi departments -Assist with H&S administration for the SHEQ and site team. -Take lead role in the administration of site documentation -Provide all round general support for the teams. -Assisting with the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports. -File documents in physical and digital records -Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement -Booking couriers, managing site post and small item deliveries. -Assist with site inductions & relevant paperwork -Distribute project-related copies to internal teams -Ordering and managing stationery and sundries for site -Provide general administrative support to the project management team.

What You Bring
-Good IT skills and hands-on experience with MS Office -Data organisation skills -Excellent command of both written and oral English -Attention to detail -Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail -Proficient typing and editing skills -Familiarity with project management -Proven work experience in office administration or similar role, ideally within the Construction industry
