-Recommend strategies to improve efficiency and profitability. -Schedule staff for appropriate coverage for daily operations and events. -Oversee cash handling, revenue reporting, and reconciliation processes. -Coordinate repairs and upgrades with vendors. -Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. -Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics. -Manage daily parking operations across multiple facilities. -Monitor service quality and implement enhancements. -Ensure proper functioning of parking equipment and payment systems. -Recruit, train, and supervise parking attendants and supervisors. -Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations. -Supervise event activities for parking garages. -Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive parking experience.

What You Bring

-Strong leadership and organizational skills. -Proficiency in MS Office and parking management software. -3–5 years in operations management, preferably in parking services or transportation. -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. -Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. This position will work 2 nd shift and weekends as needed for events. -Occasional travel between facilities required, all located in the Downtown St. Louis area. -High school diploma or equivalent required.
