Overview
Develops and manages enterprise-wide security awareness programs and senior leadership reporting.

Tasks
-Document meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on action items. -Identify and continuously improve communication gaps. -Regularly monitor Enterprise Security mailbox and respond to inquiries. -Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization. -Develop and drive ’s Social Engineering Program through both strategic objectives and tactical execution, including ensuring . -Develop Enterprise Security briefing notes for senior leadership. -Collaborate with Enterprise Security teams to build communication templates for rapid response. -Stay current on emerging threats and trends to inform awareness strategies. -Oversee external Enterprise Security messaging, including updates to the Enterprise Security 1TC website, 1TC announcements and external ES presentations. -Lead end-to-end planning and execution of company-wide Enterprise Security Awareness initiatives, e.g., Cyber Security Awareness Month. -Create and publish external Enterprise Security updates, such as the Year in Review and Enterprise Security Round-Up articles. -Develop quarterly Enterprise Security updates for Vice-Presidents across . -Develop reports to the Audit Committee and Board of Directors. -Maintain a strong relationship with Corporate Communications department. -Support VP of ES in building strong relationships with VPs and ELT. -Measure effectiveness of awareness and training using metrics and dashboards and report results to leadership. -This includes collaborating with ES Leadership and subject matter experts as required. -Manage stakeholder feedback, concerns and expectations, and relay information internally with recommendations for improvement. -Lead annual review and update of company-wide Enterprise Security Awareness training course. -Collaborate with stakeholders to embed and advance ES messaging and initiatives across . -Develop urgent briefing notes or communications in response to security incidents. -Drive ongoing improvements in the format and delivery of these meetings in collaboration with ES VP.

What You Bring
-5-7+ years of progressive experience in the field of Information Security, Cybersecurity, or Technology Risk Management. -Proven experience working directly with and presenting to senior executive leadership (VP level and above) and governance bodies (e.g., Board or Audit Committee). -Proven ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve program effectiveness. -Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) as they relate to awareness training. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Strong knowledge and experience in security awareness, training, communication or a related field. -Bachelor's Degree in related field (such as Information Technology/Cybersecurity, Communications/Business) -Ability to translate technical, complex subject matter into clear, compelling and understandable messaging for diverse audiences. -Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. -Experience with designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive, organization-wide security awareness program from inception to maturity. -Expertise in developing high-quality, professional presentation materials and reports for senior leadership, including VPs, Executive Leadership Team (ELT), and Board/Audit Committees. -Certifications (CISSP) (ISC)² ( nice to have) -3+ years specifically focused on Security Awareness, Training, and Communications programs in a large, complex, or global enterprise environment. -Strong understanding of current cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices (e.g., phishing, malware, ransomware, insider threat).
