Overview
Coordinate training programs, manage records, bookings and compliance for energy projects.

Tasks
-Manage certificate records and ensure timely renewals of mandatory training. -Issue and analyse training evaluations to improve learning programmes. -Provide monthly training and competence reports. -Support audits and assist with implementing the competence framework. -Maintain Onboard Tracker - update matrices, track expiring records, and perform housekeeping. -Contribute to the development of internal training pathways to ensure relevance and impact. -Ensure Training Refund Agreements are completed when required. -Research and source external training providers. -Manage the E-Learning portal - assign courses, report progress, and coordinate new content. -Complete onboarding tasks in Onboard Tracker and other systems. -Administer training bookings - raise POs, send joining instructions, update systems and budgets, manage evaluations. -Liaise with planning and other departments to adjust training plans based on staff movements. -Act as training focal point for projects/work sites, including kick-off meetings. -Conduct gap analyses for new starters; upload certificates and create training plans. -Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to support soft skills development.

What You Bring
-Strong computer literacy, including training systems and MS Office. -Understanding of key Energy industry bodies will be beneficial. -Ability to communicate effectively at all levels. -Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. -Familiarity with energy sector standards and regulatory requirements will be beneficial. -Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently. -Experience in a similar role (Training & Competence or Learning & Development will be beneficial but not essential)
