Tasks

-Develop accurate cost estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor pricing. -Perform and/or oversee detailed quantity take-offs for civil, mechanical, and process systems. -Lead subcontractor and supplier outreach, pre-bid meetings, and quote evaluations. -Collaborate with project managers and executives to assess risk, build bid strategies, and ensure alignment with company goals. -Review and interpret complex plans, specifications, and contract documents for water/wastewater treatment facilities. -Prepare and present final bids and proposals with precision, clarity, and strategic insight. -Identify, evaluate, and pursue bid opportunities aligned with our core services.

What You Bring

-5+ years of construction estimating experience with a focus on water/wastewater treatment and/or heavy civil infrastructure. -Clear, confident communication skills, able to coordinate across departments and lead external conversations. -Proven ability to lead complex estimates from start to finish, including design-build and CMAR delivery methods. -Team oriented with a proactive mindset, you anticipate challenges and solve problems before they impact the bid. -Strong analytical and organizational skills with a commitment to accuracy and detail. -Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and digital plan tools. -In-depth knowledge of water process systems, civil sitework, and mechanical systems specific to treatment facilities.

-The base salary range for this position is $85,000 to $110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications specific to water/wastewater estimating -This is a full-time, professional role based out of our Englewood, CO office, with a standard schedule of Monday through Friday.
