Tasks

-Ensuring payment collection as per policy and credit terms with various customers -Plan and implement strategies for improving market share & parts penetration for the Region. -Responsible for achieving Parts, attachments & Lubes Sales and profitability Targets -To keep a close watch on various market activities and design various activities to ensure improved market share -Co-ordination with Warehouse & Product Support Team speedy resolution of customers’/ dealer’s parts and Lubricant requirements. -Responsible for generating revenue through 3S Dealers, Parts Stockists, Direct / Key account Customers and Institutional Sales -Actively engage in new product development, parts pricing feedback, new business opportunities and implementation of Loyalty program for dealers & technicians -To support dealers for demand forecasting & ensuring a healthy inventory at dealerships.
