-Deliver presentations and sales strategies that highlight Badger’s value -Collaborate with your local branch on sales action plans and strategy -Monitor competitors, market conditions, and industry trends to stay ahead -Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams -Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territory -Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts that deliver profitable outcomes -Track and manage opportunities in CRM to forecast and report results

What You Bring

-Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, or environmental services is preferred -Confidence presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with customers -Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite -Proven ability to develop and maintain long-term client relationships -3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets -Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
