  • Lead production teams of roadway, traffic, and other transportation projects
  • Reinforce relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Provide project management, oversight, mentoring, and senior technical review for large roadway and traffic study/ design projects within Ohio
  • Support marketing and business development efforts, leveraging industry experience, strong client and consultant relationships to expand B&N’s transportation practice
  • Work within the roadway, traffic, and planning sections in Columbus to coach and mentor staff by providing mentorship on design processes and overseeing production of work on roadway and traffic tasks
  • Maintain quality control of work product and effectively coach staff to successfully complete projects on time and within budget

  • Bachelor’s degree from an ABET accredited Civil Engineering program
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microstation
  • Proven client management and project management skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Ohio; or ability to register through reciprocity
  • 20+ years of related transportation experience, prior ODOT and local government experience desirable
