Tasks

-Manage and develop production cost-history through field verifications, measurements and production analysis. -Perform job costing analysis and provide feedback to field supervisors regarding performance versus budget. -Identify bid opportunities, obtain and review bid documents and plans. -Assist in development of project schedule. -Support transition to project construction management team and development of subcontracts, purchase orders and submittals. -Assess opportunities and risks through plan reviews and site visits. -All facets of project estimating including: analyzing plans and proposals, defining scope of work, soliciting subcontractor and supplier bids, ensuring accurate quantities, and preparing bid packages -Coordinate subcontractor and supplier proposals. -Champion safety throughout the organization

What You Bring

-5+ years of experience. -PE certification preferred but not necessary. -Strong teamwork, communication, self-motivation, leadership and organizational skills. -Experience in field operations and estimating from a contractor's perspective. -BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent degree.
