Assist with evaluation, implementation and integration of new legal tech tools, including AI tools
Implement self-service tools, FAQs, and other scalable solutions to empower internal clients, improve response times, and reduce dependency on legal staff for routine inquiries
Manage and optimize legal tech tools including configuration changes, user access, permissions, and ongoing administration
Evaluate, design, and improve legal processes to resolve operational bottlenecks, manage legal risk, and drive continuous process improvement
Maintain accurate corporate records and documentation
Collect, analyze, and summarize legal operational data to support strategic decisions, identify process improvement opportunities and resourcing plans
Collaborate with the Sales Operations team to support and coordinate on sales opportunities, facilitating effective communication and alignment between legal and sales functions
Format and prepare legal and commercial documents with consistency and precision
Document legal processes, SOPs, knowledge bases, and self-service resources to increase efficiency, standardization, and scalability
Support the contract lifecycle through intake, triage and lifecycle tracking
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for legal KPIs to manage workload, streamline workflows, manage ongoing matters, and highlight team wins.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse audiences
Experience working in an in-house legal department is an asset
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as well as collaborate successfully in a team environment
5+ years of experience in legal operations, technical program management, project management, technology implementation or related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive insights and decision-making
Experience with CLM tools, file management systems, CRMs or document review processes is an asset
Technical acumen and comfort driving evaluation and integration of new technologies and AI solutions
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Lists, PowerBI, Power Automate and Excel is an asset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word including document styles, multilevel numbering, cross-references, document comparison, track changes etiquette, document cleanup, and formatting remediation. Skilled in DOCX to PDF conversion, Adobe Acrobat tools, and e-signature platforms
Demonstrated success with project management, systems integration, process improvement or automation and implementing technology solutions
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering, with the ability to leverage these technologies for automation and innovation.
