Part Time - Bartender - ACL Live

Tasks

-Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures, operate POS terminals accurately, handle payments securely, and reconcile financials at the end of the shift. -Maintain clean and orderly dining and service environments during and after service. Bus bar top as needed. Follow sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies in both public areas and back of house. -Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training, and company policies. Request proper ID per company policy. -Greet guests with a sincere welcome. Engage in friendly conversations to cultivate regular and repeat business. -Assist with inventory, product rotation and date labeling to ensure fresh products are readily available for preparation. -Proactively address guest needs. Respond to concerns and resolve issues with a professional, positive attitude. -Accurately fulfill orders and assist guests. Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu, wine list, and entertainment. Suggestively sell and serve menu items, beverages, desserts, etc. -Model company service basics. Follow all corporate policies, safety and security procedures, and brand SOPs. Promptly report accidents, facility issues, or unsafe conditions to management. -Attend pre-shift meetings. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties. -Follow recipes and established techniques to prepare drinks.

What You Bring

-Previous bartending experience required. High-volume bar experience preferred -POS and cash handling experience required -Able to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety-minded manner -High school diploma or equivalent required -Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs -Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills -Demonstrated team player and self-starter
