-Prepare commercial offers and negotiate fair, sustainable partnerships -Plan and manage sales activities in line with budgets -Track results, share insights, and stay connected with colleagues. -Monitor market trends and competitor activity -Build new customer connections while strengthening existing ones -Deliver excellent customer service and follow up with care

What You Bring

-Experience selling to distribution and construction/building materials sectors -At least 2 years of proven business development experience in the flooring, wood panel, or construction materials industries -Confidence with Microsoft Office tools -Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
