Overview
Evaluate and execute real‑estate acquisitions, due diligence, and financial analysis in APAC.

Tasks
You will play an important role in evaluating potential investment opportunities, conducting financial analyses, and performing due diligence to support the company's growth strategies. You will work closely with senior management on potential acquisitions, mergers, and other strategic investments, asset management. -Assist in the preparation of investment memos and presentations. -Conduct financial analysis and modeling for potential acquisitions. -Assist in the integration process post-acquisition. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess acquisition opportunities. -Research and stay updated on industry best practices and market developments. -Analyze financial statements and assess the financial health of target companies. -Perform due diligence on target companies. -Develop financial projections and valuation models. -Evaluate market trends and industry dynamics. -Coordinate with legal, financial, and operational teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. -Identify synergies and potential cost savings in acquisition targets. -Prepare reports and provide recommendations to senior management. -Monitor and track the performance of acquired assets. -Conduct risk assessments and identify potential challenges in acquisition deals. -Support the negotiation process during acquisition deals.

What You Bring
-Excellent communication and presentation skills. -Experience in mergers and acquisitions or investment banking is a plus. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. -Min 1-3 years of working experience within real estate private equity sector, SEA market experience is preferred. -Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
