Overview
Oversee soft services (housekeeping, catering, security, reception) across two UBS sites.

Tasks
-Coordinate with security teams and monitor access control systems -Support menu planning and dietary requirement accommodations -Handle employee service requests, complaints, and feedback efficiently -Handle VIP visits and special guest arrangements -Monitor vendor performance against service level agreements -Manage visitor registration, escort services, and meeting room coordination -Operate seamlessly between Aquila and Centaurus locations as required -Cost Management: Support budget adherence and cost optimization initiatives -Implement service improvements based on employee suggestions -Coordinate with external service providers for guest requirements -Coordinate with service providers and vendors to maintain optimal service delivery -Response Time: Address service requests within defined SLA timelines -Manage vendor relationships with catering service providers -Manage cleaning supplies inventory and consumption tracking -Coordinate special events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities -Maintain service consistency and quality standards across both sites -Handle employee feedback and complaints related to food services -Conduct regular quality inspections and audits across service areas -Ensure consistent service quality standards across all soft service areas -Monitor food safety, hygiene standards, and regulatory compliance -Vendor Performance: Ensure all vendors meet performance standards -Ensure professional front-of-house service delivery -Handle day-to-day operational issues and service requests -Ensure proper vendor compliance with safety and security protocols -Support workplace wellness initiatives and employee comfort measures -Maintain reception area presentation and ambiance -Compliance: Maintain 100% compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards -Ensure compliance with health and safety cleaning standards -Supervise housekeeping teams and cleaning operations across office areas -Ensure proper visitor management and guest registration processes -Manage ID card issuance and access rights coordination -Oversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, catering, security, and guest services -Monitor service schedules, staff deployment, and resource allocation -Ensure exceptional workplace experience for all UBS employees -Handle vendor-related issues, complaints, and performance improvements -Support contract management and renewal processes -Coordinate vendor schedules, deployments, and service delivery -Monitor cleaning schedules, standards, and compliance with hygiene protocols -Oversee reception desk operations and guest service standards -Oversee cafeteria operations, food quality, and service standards -Coordinate catering services for meetings, events, and special occasions -Conduct regular inspections of washrooms, common areas, and workspaces -Manage relationships with soft services vendors and contractors -Maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints -Service Quality: Maintain service quality scores above 4.0/5.0 across all areas -Monitor CCTV systems and security protocols compliance -Coordinate resource sharing and staff deployment between locations when needed -Handle security-related incidents and coordinate with relevant teams -Ensure effective communication and coordination between site teams -Support emergency evacuation procedures and safety drills -Handle special cleaning requirements and deep cleaning initiatives

What You Bring
-Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and cleaning standards -Multilingual capabilities (English, Hindi, Telugu preferred) -Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards -2+ years of hands-on experience in housekeeping, catering, or guest services -Knowledge of safety and compliance requirements -Professional demeanor and presentation skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to multitask and manage multiple service areas simultaneously -Excellent organizational and time management skills -Adapt to varying operational requirements and employee needs at each location -4-6 years of experience in soft services or facilities management -Problem-solving skills and ability to handle service disruptions -Knowledge of guest services and reception management -Experience in corporate environment or commercial real estate preferred -Familiarity with soft services vendor management -Understanding of vendor management processes -Strong attention to detail and quality control capabilities -Strong customer service orientation and employee interaction skills -Familiarity with service quality measurement tools -Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) -Experience with security protocols and access control systems -Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and service providers -Cross-training in hard services and facilities management -Basic knowledge of facilities management systems -Understanding of food service operations and catering management -Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field -Background in service industry with customer-facing experience
