-Strong awareness of contemporary arts, culture, and public programming, with knowledge of current and emerging trends across Aotearoa. -Demonstrated leadership in creative portfolios or programmes, with the ability to balance artistic vision and community needs. -Comfortable working in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments with competing priorities. -Proven curatorial or programming expertise in at least one arts discipline, audience segment, or delivery channel — performing arts experience is a plus.
